Plasma TV Technology

Plasma TV's are a very popular because of their high quality picture and comparatively lower cost.  Our plasma TV technology is being developed to supply consumers with a next generation TV.  A TV having high brightness, low cost and lower power consumption.  Our technology offers a new driving waveform for low cost.  A low inductance electrode structure reduces loading problems.   A new driver circuit improves the discharge current flow.

Problems addressed in our Plasma TV technology:

  • Electrode loading
  • Cost of the driving electronics  
  • Low luminous efficacy and operating efficiency
  • Electromagnetic interference generated by the sustain pulse generators

Technologies in development:

The Dedicated Sustain Pulse Waveform is a one-sided sustain waveform.  It seperates scan function from sustain function.

The Low Inductance PDP uses a modified panel structure to greatly reduce the inductance of the PDP.

This Energy Recovery Driving Method reduces the voltage loss of electrode inductance.  The plasma discharge can reach higher efficacy.
