Veda comes from the root 'vid' meaning knowledge.  Bees are busy creatures, constantly building.  Technologies disclosed on VedaBee result from the diverse activities of our inventor, his family and his acquaintances.  Knowledge gained through experiences, observation and problem analysis plus imagination and intuition are the key ingredients to our inventive skills.  Common sense solutions are sought over complicated processes.   Our approach is simple: understand the problem at hand and solve it with an inexpensive yet complete solution. 

Bob Marcotte established Marcotte Enterprises in 2008 to provide Plasma TV  expert consulting services.  He developed Plasma TVs for 15 years as a member of Panasonic's Plasma TV Research Laboratory, aka Plasmaco.  Panasonic purchased this research facility in 1997.  Working under Dr. Larry Weber, Bob and his colleagues handcrafted the first high contrast color plasma TV electronics.  During these years, Bob contributed 10+ US Patents to Panasonic in the Plasma TV field. 

Bob graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1983 with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering.  He has led both research and product development projects and continues to be a circuit designer and intellectual property consultant. Bob assists his clients in developing electronics for their applications. He is hands-on in all aspects of a project from research and development through to production.
